BIOGRAPHY

Zoe Wollenschlaeger is a FINRA-registered securities representative and EB-5 immigration investment specialist at EB-5 Choice, a San Francisco-based advisory firm that guides high-net-worth investors through the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program – the U.S. government’s pathway to permanent residency through qualifying investment. Zoe works directly with investors and their families at every stage of the process, from selecting the right project to navigating USCIS requirements and monitoring investment progress over time.

What makes Zoe’s perspective distinctive is that she has lived the immigration experience herself. As an immigrant to the United States, she understands firsthand the weight of the decisions her clients are making – not just financially, but personally. That background shapes everything about how she works: with patience, cultural fluency, and a genuine commitment to outcomes that go beyond the paperwork.

Zoe began her career in immigration at a refugee resettlement agency, where she helped newly arrived refugees find housing, employment, and education in the United States. That work gave her an unusually grounded understanding of how U.S. immigration systems actually function day-to-day, and a deep respect for what it takes to rebuild a life in a new country. She went on to practice immigration law more broadly, advising clients across a wide range of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories, building expertise in case strategy, regulatory compliance, and client representation before eventually specializing in EB-5 investment.

Today, Zoe holds three active FINRA securities licenses — Series 7, Series 82, and Series 63 — making her one of the more thoroughly credentialed registered representatives in the EB-5 field. Her Series 7 license covers general securities, her Series 82 covers private placements (the category under which most EB-5 investments fall), and her Series 63 covers state securities regulations. Her credentials can be independently verified on FINRA’s BrokerCheck. 

Zoe’s clients are typically investors and their families making commitments of $1,050,000 in a USCIS-approved EB-5 project, with the goal of obtaining a U.S. Green Card for themselves and their immediate family. She guides them through EB-5 project selection, due diligence evaluation, visa consultation, and compliance monitoring — and she does it with the kind of hands-on, plain-language clarity that investors making life-changing decisions deserve.

Zoe earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and International Relations from Towson University in Towson, Maryland. Her academic background in international systems and political structures informs the global perspective she brings to her work, including an understanding of the geopolitical and regulatory factors that affect EB-5 investment timelines and project landscapes.
